Description (partial)

VPLS traffic forwarded by ASR9K or ASR-9001 is dropped by peer.

ASR9K is running the following IOS-XR releases 4.2.1, 4.2.2, 4.2.3, 4.3.0, 4.3.1,4.3.2, 5.1.0.

VPLS PW neighbor is recursive, learnt via eBGP using RFC-3107 and the BGP peer distributes implicit NULL as label.

The ASR9K Line cards that are affected have the following PID:
A9K.*SE,  A9K.*TR, A9K.*-L, A9K.*-B, A9K.*-LE, A9K-MOD*
ASR-9001 also exhibits the problem.
