Symptom:
From time to time the phone freezes and shows as disconnected on the Smart Call Connector Client

Conditions:
Smart Call Connector client shows "The phone has been disconnected" (screenshot attached to SR). Phone "freezes" and the audio ceases for an instant or the call drops altogether.
