Symptom: When resuming from hibernation, the Voicemail connection in Jabber may sometimes not re-connect. Conditions: In the failing case, when Jabber re-negotiates the voicemail connection (port 7080), not all response packets may be arriving to the application layer. Packets are incoming on the network capture taken from the switch, but due to hibernation are not received in the PC on application level. The connection attempt times-out in case of any missing packets and fully declares the connection as unavailable.
