Description (partial)

Flash/ring does not imply to the endpoint when it enters into hold reversion with another active call.

1) Configure the Hold Reversion Duration to 15 seconds 
2) Configure the Hold Reversion Notification Interval to 10 seconds
3) Configure the line for ring settings (Endpoint active) = flash
4)  Make a call from Endpoint A(56985) to Endpoint C(852014) and answered the call on Endpoint C(852014)
5) Place the call on hold from Endpoint A(56985)
6) Make a call from Endpoint A(56985) to Endpoint B(54213) and Answer the call on Endpoint B
