Description (partial)
Symptom: DN displaying wrongly when complete transfer is done Conditions: Steps to Reproduce: 1.Install a CUAC server and integrate it with Unified CM. 2.Install a CUAC client and integrate it with CUAC server. 3.Create operator in CUAC with credentials. 4.Register Unified IP Phones Phone B and Phone C in Unified CM. 5.Login to CUAC client using the operator credentials(Phone A is the operator DN) 6.Make a call from Phone C to Phone B(Phone B is an user contact in CUAC directory) . Transfer the call from Phone B to Phone A. 7.Without answering the call in Phone A make a complete transfer in Phone B. Problem Description: In CUAC client page the Phone B user contact name is showing with Phone C's DN. Note: This is happening only if Phone C is not a contact in CUAC. If Phone C is also a contact in CUAC it is showing correctly as Phone C user contact with Phone'C DN. Expected Behavior: After the complete transfer is given in CUAC client Page it should display only the Phone'C DN instead of displaying as Phone B user contact name with Phone C's DN. Environment Matrix: CUAC build: 10.0.1.7
