Description (partial)

IPv6 VRRPv3 Groups will not interoperate correctly with any non-IOS-XR device using IPv6 VRRPv3 Groups, even though configured correctly.

Both devices will attempt to operate in MASTER state, both devices will send gratuitous ARPs, both devices will attempt to forward traffic and both devices will increment their "Invalid Checksum" statistic fields.

Any situation where an IPv6 VRRPv3 Virtual Router is configured between an IOS-XR device, and any other non-IOS-XR device.

To be clear, two IOS-XR devices will happily work together - the issue is inly interoperability with a non IOS-XR device.
