Symptom: The CallManager service does not stay up ..in running state for more than 2 mins. Conditions: Description: Call Manager service not staying up because of ipprefs core. Symptoms: The CallManager service does not stay up ..in running state for more than 2 mins. Condition: 1)Install the build on Publisher 2)Activate the CallManager service from Service Activation page. 3)The CallManager service listed in Control Center->Feature Services does not stay up for more than 2 mins and says service not running. further utils core active list command generates following files Size Date Core File Name ================================================================= 384 KB 2013-10-15 15:34:25 core.3167.6.ipprefs.1381869265
