Description (partial)

Symptom:
Using the "ipv6 hop-limit" global configuration command in order to change the value of the CurHop field on Router Advertisements sent out a specific interface results in changing the value for RAs sent out any interface.

In addition to that, it also affects the value of the Hop Limit field on any IPv6 packet generated by the router itself.

Conditions:
Changing the default Hop Limit value using the "ipv6 hop-limit" global configuration command
