Description (partial)

The requirement in CUCDM to use unique remote destination names across the system is impractical for end users to police.

Furthermore, when an end user attempts to add a remote destination with a name that exists elsewhere in the system, the error simply says "Failed to Add Single Number Reach Settings", which gives no indication that the uniqueness of the name is the problem, and thus no hint that altering the name may resolve the issue.

Attempting to add a remote destination name that already exists elsewhere in the system.
