Description (partial)

Symptom:
Feature- Pilot Packet
Differentiated Services Code Point (DSCP) Field of IP Packet is not same as configured. It is left shifted by 2 bits.
Example :
Configured DSCP is 0x2E, expected value of Type of service (TOS) is 1011 10 00
DSCP in IP packet is 0xE0, value seen for Type of service (TOS) 1110 00 00
Due to this the Pilot Packet feature will not work.

Conditions:
The issue is seen when feature Pilot Packet is configured and DSCP Marking is enabled.
