Steps to recreate:
******************** 

1. Create TP between Node to PBR.
2. Create 1000 PW's between Node and PBR using script.

Source IDB not set tracebacks will be thrown in PTF and PBR and stand-by PTF goes for auto reset.

Observed issue when 700 PW's are configured and 
when 951 PWs are created succesfully and traffic was flowing.
