Description (partial)

Symptom:
Logged in CAD agent, is set to auto answer.
he re-sizes the CAD window by dragging the corner of the CAD window to make the CAD window so small so that only the title bar is left.

Now the agent is set to auto answer, so what happens is when he is in this re-sized state, if he gets a call, the call is automatically answered.

if the Agent wants to view the call data, he just maximizes the window, and he can see the call data.

in this Maximized state, the Agent presses the show/hide Management button.
this action hides the contact management pane and again takes the CAD window back to just the titlebar state it was earlier.

now once this is done, the Agent is not able to break out of this state.
maximizing or resizing the window does not work.

Conditions:
This issue only occours if the Agent re-sizes the window to such an extent that only the titlebar is left shown.
