Cisco Bug: CSCuj81753 - Android : If no Mobile license, app gives invalid user/password error

Symptom: Invalid user/password error is seen on Android when IPICS server has exceeded the existing mobile client license. Conditions: Consume all the available mobile endpoint licenses on the server. Try to login to server from Android. App displays ' invalid user/password' with blank screen on the talklines. Server's activity log shows "Checkout mobile port failure" . License exceeded message should be shown to interpret the error shown in server's activity log for user to diagnose the problem correctly.
