Symptom:
Call setup with no video after put Jabber to background for several minutes

Conditions:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Jabber registered to Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM and Presence+Cisco Unified Communication Manager
2. Put Jabber to background and lock iPhone for several minutes (over 3 minutes)
3. Jabber received a call from peer

Expected Result: iPhone should light up and there is Jabber notification on iPhone screen. After unlock iPhone, Jabber should be able to answer the call and call should setup successfully

Actual Result: iPhone light up but there is no notification on iPhone screen. Unlock iPhone and answer the call, there is no audio and video
