Description (partial)
Symptom: ASA configuration commands for permitting/not permitting same-security-traffic entered via CLI/ASDM are not being ignored by PRSM - and these are being flagged as out of band changes by PRSM, and removed from the ASA device on the next configuration deployment from PRSM Conditions: Any addition/negation of the same-security-traffic permit inter-interface or same-securitty-traffic permit intra-interface commands using ASA CLI/ASDM on an ASA managed causes PRSM to flag these changes as "out of band" - due to which PRSM removes these on the next deployment to the corresponding ASA Device
