Symptom:
The EFI shell boot option is disabled in the Boot Options page in the BIOS setup utility and will not be launched automatically by the BIOS.

Conditions:
When using an advanced boot order policy, the EFI shell will be disabled and the boot process will not automatically fall through to it.
