Description (partial)

Symptom:
SSH version 2 stops working after upgrading an Adaptive Security Appliance(ASA).

Conditions:
ASA was previously running 7.2.x software and then was upgraded to 8.2.x.

In the "debug ssh 255" output the last error messages seen are 

SSH2 0: ssh_receive: 0 bytes receivedSSH0: receive SSH message: [no message ID: variable *data is NULL]

and

SSH2 0: Unexpected mesg type receivedSSH0: Session disconnected by SSH server - error 0x00 "Internal error"
