Description (partial)

In rfc5952- 4.2.2. Handling One 16-Bit 0 Field
The symbol "::" MUST NOT be used to shorten just one 16-bit 0 field.
For example, the representation 2001:db8:0:1:1:1:1:1 is correct, but
2001:db8::1:1:1:1:1 is not correct.

In NX-OS we see the incorrect formatting while we do some show commands:
esw002.e001.f01.snc4# sh ipv6 route 2401:db00:e014:8102:1e01:0:d01:1/127
IPv6 Routing Table for VRF "default"
'*' denotes best ucast next-hop
'**' denotes best mcast next-hop
'[x/y]' denotes [preference/metric]

*via 2401:db00:e014:8102:1e01::d01:1, Po511, [0/0], 2w1d, direct

sh ipv6 int bri
