Description (partial) 

Symptom:WS-X6716-10G modules (with any type of DFC) may report inlet temperature higher than outlet temperature.

Messages reported:
%C6KENV-SP-4-MINORTEMPALARM: module <mod#> inlet temperature crossed threshold #1(=55C). It has exceeded normal operating temperature range.
within 1-2 minutes:
%C6KENV-SP-4-MINORTEMPALARMRECOVER: module <mod#> inlet temperature crossed threshold #1(=55C). It has returned to normal operating temperature range.

Conditions:Hardware version of 6716-10G module MUST be 2.0
