Description (partial)

Cannot view video from a camera, though VSOM shows the camera reachability, streamign and recording status are OK, and a configuration mismatch with the Primary MS Value of "CameraNotConfigured".

This can occur if a camera is added to VSOM when the camera is unreachable.  The Media Server is unable to contact the camera on the initial interrogation so it does not add the camera to the Media Server configuration.  Since the Media Serer does not add the camera to its configuration it does not report a reachability, streaming or recording error to VSOM.  Instead VSOM reports only that the camera is not configured on the primary Media Server.
