Cisco Bug: CSCuj77757 - VSOM upgrade fails due to audit records with future time stamp
Nov 08, 2017
- Cisco Video Surveillance Manager
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: After upgrading to VSM 7.2, users are not able to log in to VSOM because it is still initializing; on the login page the domain field does not display the list of LDAP domains or the default 'localhost' value. Conditions: This can occur when the VSOM database has audit records with dates in the future, created when the VSOM server's clock was ahead and moved backwards to the current time line. The /usr/BWhttpd/logs/vsom_be/vsom_be.log will report the error " Table has no partition for value 13xxxxxxxxxxxx" where 13xxxxxxxxxxxx is a Unix time stamp for a time in the future.
