Description (partial)

Symptom:
IRB multicast traffic may continuously drop right after the ISSU run phase at the LC which hosts BVI L2 egress receivers.

Conditions:
The LC going through ISSU has BVI L2 egress receivers (bridge ports) which forward the IRB multicast traffic.
The issue may happen after ISSU flush Resource Shadow Memory (RSM) which caches software portion of new image to the NPs of the LC.
