Description (partial)

Symptom:
After Packet drop impairment is stopped, Polycom does not upgrade to Higher resolution

Conditions:
(1) Place call from DX650 to Polycom, notice Tx:Rx:720p
(2)  Introduce pkt-drop in DX650 receive path and notice Rx-res=352*480 and Tx-res=848*480
(3)  after removal of pkt-drop impairment, resolution stays at Tx=848*480 and Rx:352*480
(4)  DX650 offers 4Mbps and Polycom answers with 746kbps (seen freeze on Polycom).
