Symptom:
A client roam between two controllers can fail intermittently making the client part of the vlan orginally mapped to the wlan..

eg:

--2 WLC serving clients

-- WLAN mapped to vlan x

-- radius assigned vlan y

-- intermittently client can be put on vlan x during roam between WLC1 to WLC2

Conditions:
This has been seen when a client roams between two WLC.
