Description (partial) 

Symptom:
It takes too long when try to delete webex accounts with cucm.
It is not user friendly.
precondition:
webex cloud account with cucm 
steps:
1 login in android jabber using cloud account
2 delete account from menu-->instant message
it takes more than 1 minute deleting the accounts

Conditions:
Client Version:  9.6.0.153408
Device: SAMSUNG Galaxy S3
