Symptom:
%SYSMGR-SLOTX-2-SERVICE_CRASHED:Service "sac_usd" (PID XXXX) hasn't caught signal 6 (core will be saved).
 
 %SAC_USD-SLOT1-2-SYNC_FAILED: Xbar Driver sync failed: Lost sync on slot:X asic:0 chico:13-->connected to-->Xbar-IF-Asic-01

 The crash decode does not show any useful information.

Conditions:
Triggering a sync loss on the line card causes this issue.
This problem is present on the Cisco Nexus 7000 and the Cisco MDS 9000 with NX-OS before version 6.2(5)
