Description (partial)

To reproduce:
1) In Configuration > Device Setup > Interfaces, edit an interface.  
2) In the IPv6 tab check "Enable IPv6" and click OK. 
3) Apply the configuration.
4) Edit the same interface.  The "Enable IPv6" checkbox is unchecked.
5) OK the dialog without making any changes, try going to another screen.  A prompt appears to apply the config, even though no changes were made.  On selecting Apply, "no ipv6 enable" command is issued.
