Symptom:
Database is showing as not connected when logging into CUAC client

Conditions:
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install CUAC server and intergrate with Unified CM.
2. Install CUAC client in Windows 7 and intergrate it with CUAC server.
3. Create Operator username and password in CUAC server.
4. Login to CUAC client page with the operator username and password

Problem description:
When the page is loading at the end of the page it is displaying as database is not connected
