Description (partial)

Symptom:
The CCX reporting users and their group membership is owned by CCX. By current design, editing group membership directly for these users from CUIC is not supported, since the information will be overwritten by subsequent sync from CCX as we have seen here.

This is something that is not documented in the "Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Historical Reports User Guide Release" for 9.0
