Symptom:
Receiving 'FCoE or FC uplink is down on VSAN X' on an uplink that Vsan X is active on.

Conditions:
UCS running 2.2 firmware.

For anyone that is experiencing this issue, simply enabling the FC port which is giving this error after which you disable the FC port again helps to resolve this cosmetic issue.   Firmware version on which I had this issue: UCSM: 2.2(4b) Kernel: 2.2(4b) Device: UCS FI-6248UP
