Description (partial)
Symptom: Incorrect agent skill group real time data and incorrect agent association on CTI desktop when logging in agent with no attributes Conditions: Happens when an agent who was part of one or more PQs, logs out , and then you remove all attributes. When logging agent back in, skill group data will be incorrect.
