Description (partial) 

Symptom:
Invoking ProvisioningDriver from template with two arguments.

Conditions:
1.Login to Order Management client by admin User .
2.Click on the "Create Order" Menu. Create new project with all required details.
    Note:- Select job-  PROVIDE_E-LINE_CFS
3.Activate the order 
4.Template has single argument which passes service xml  as one argument to  provisionService but procedure has two arguments. so provision fails.
