Audio call transfer is showing called party video

Description:

When transfer the audio call from EX60 to EX90, EX90 shows called party video

Make an audio call from EX60 to SX20 (using modified bandwidth) call rate is 128 kbps
After establishing the audio call between EX60 and SX20, transfer the audio call from EX60 to EX90 as audio call (using modified bandwidth) call rate is 128 kbps

EX90 is showing SX20 video on its OSD (but all the call legs are initiated as an audio call only)

sx20 can tranmitt the video singnal and EX90 can receive the video signal during the audio call transfer.

Conditions:
Steps to Reproduce:

Register EX60, EX90 and SX20 End point in Cisco VCS
Make an audio call from EX60 to SX20 (using modified bandwidth in touch ui)
Audio call has been established between the EX60 and SX20
Transfer the audio call from EX60 to EX90 (using modified bandwidth in touch ui)
Successfully transfer the audio call from EX60 to EX90
Call established between SX20 and EX90
Check the audio / video status of the call

Expected behavior :

During the audio call then audio call transfer the end points are don't display the video signal.
EX90 is should not display the SX20's video

Actual Behavior :

EX90 is displaying SX20's video on its OSD.
But SX20 is still as an audio call.

Call flow :

EX60 -> VCS -> EX90 (audio call) -> Transfer -> SX20 (audio call)
