Symptom: When importing maps (which were exported from NCS 22.214.171.124), the browser times out and a stop and restart of the services is required. This issue happens with different maps and of different sizes. Conditions: on the Lock Info page, the process "https-43-58 MapsImportAPUpdateProcess" will be observed placing a lock that it does not remove.
