Description (partial)

When importing maps (which were exported from NCS, the browser times out and a stop and restart of the services is required.  This issue happens with different maps and of different sizes.

on the Lock Info page, the process "https-43-58 MapsImportAPUpdateProcess" will be observed placing a lock that it does not remove.
