Description (partial)

Symptom:
DHCP relay feature stops working on subinterfaces if another subinterface has the ip inspect feature enabled.
Upon running debug dhcp/udp or debug ip packet we do not see this packet coming in.

Conditions:
This issue is seen on ISR G2 running 15-3(3)M code were one of the subinterfaces is configured for the ip inspect feature.
