Description (partial)
Symptom: On N3k node, splay limit is required to add a jitter/delay to sync or run the chef-client run to the interval specified. If no splay is configured, default is null. The cli option shows splay is equivalent to 'default interval'. Hence need a change in the cli option. Conditions: When chef-client needs to run in process mode and if delay is needed to the specified interval of chef-client run. n3k1-agent(config-onep-apps)# chef v0.8 n3k1-agent(config-chef-v0.8)# splay ? <60-8640000> Indicates splay limit, default is interval
