Description (partial)

Symptom:
The SIP proxy may generate a core while running Remote Call Control.

Conditions:
This issue can intermittently occur when an user clicks "click to call" when initiating an RCC voice call. The user may have a Server URI configured in AD/OCS similar to the following:

sip:.sip:123456789@cup.example.com
