Description (partial)

Software Defect

Symptom:
Clicking "Start my video" or "Stop my video" from Jabber Windows in deskphone mode when 9971 phone is running sip9971.9-3-4.24 has no effect.

Conditions:
When running this load and Options > Calls is set to "Never start calls with video.", hitting the "Start my video" button in the Jabber Windows call window does not have any effect. Also, when running this load and Options > Calls is set to "Always start  calls with video.", hitting the "Stop my video" button in the Jabber Windows call window does not have any effect.
