Description (partial)

Symptom:
"My Group" value in CUIC is getting back to defaults after clicking on update under Reporting Capability View in UCCX
1- Go to CUIC > Security > User List > Select one user > Click edit > click on Groups tap > Select a group from "My Group" (Default option is "AllUsers") and click save.
2- Then go to Cisco Unified CCX Administration > Tools > User Management > Reporting Capability View > Select new users and hit update or just hit update.
3- Go to CUIC > Security > User List > Select same user as in step one > Click edit > click on Groups tap > you will see that "My Group" is with the default value as before and not with the selected value in step 1.

Conditions:
UCCX 9.0, use CUIC and create custom groups to assign it to users.
