Description (partial)

Symptom:
After a failover, ASA configured with Stub Multicast Routing may stop passing multicast traffic from forwarded interface to forwarding interface for some groups. (Note: In stub multiast routing, Forwarding interface is the one where igmp forward is confgured, Forwarding interface is the one to which igmp is being forwarded.)

Conditions:
1. ASA is configured with Stub Multicast Routing.
2. The multicast group has receivers and senders on both forwarding and forwarded interfaces.
