Description (partial)

Symptom:
cups account cannot read the webex account info in the storage/memory

Conditions:
summary: recent not-read number cannot shown since phone services not registered

Pre-condition:


Steps:
1. login with webex account
2. receive the incoming call but don't handle it, it will shown the un-read red number on the bar(such as: 2)
3. sign out
4. sign in with cups account(phone services cannot register successful)

actual results :
recent item not shown in the main menu, but un-read number still shown, the number is equals to the webex account un-read number.


Expected Results:
cups account cannot read the webex account info in the storage/memory.
