Cisco Bug: CSCuj67755 - Enhancement in GGSN Charging functionality

Symptom: Customer found some partial records missing in GGSN raw CDRs. The same were reported in SGSN CDRs which directly impacted the customer revenue. In initial testing, customer found in one CDRs the volume difference is around 54 MB for particular subscriber charging ID. The issue was identified on 22nd July and only one such occurrence was there with no changes done on Mohali GGSN. As per RA team total number of charging count missing ids were 10076899 and initially the CDRs missing were not shared as it was not possible but now customer is saying its around 8 lakhs raw cdrs. Conditions: Customer has found some partial records (recordSequenceNumber) missing in GGSN raw CDRs only on 22 July. Total session duration is S-CDR is 45955sec while in G-CDR is 43617sec, difference is 2338sec. While checking the raw CDRs for charging ID 270126642 from Haryana Dashboard, volume mismatch observed was around 54 MB. Volume in S-CDR --------------> 1068115278 bytes -------------> 1018 MB Volume in G-CDR --------------> 1010998980 bytes -------------> 964 MB Issue is not specific to single charging-ID. Instead, it was observed for multiple charging-ID at different time stamps. There were no changes done in the GGSN.
