Last Modified

Feb 04, 2017

Products (1)

  • Cisco 3900 Series Integrated Services Routers

Known Affected Releases

Description (partial)

Symptom:
No ANI for International Calls on E1 R2

Conditions:
When an international call comes in from PSTN, the international caller id begins with group 1 12 signal which Cisco IOS considers as if it has already recieved ANI and doesn't request for ANI again. The Group I 12 is treated as the end of caller ID number and signaling protocol stop asking caller ID. This behavior has been seen in compelled configuration.
