Symptom: Multiple ipqosmgr process crashes occur leading to a sup reload. The reset-reason is due to a hap reset: ----- reset reason for Supervisor-module 2 (from Supervisor in slot 2) --- 1) At 526111 usecs after Thu Oct 3 16:46:43 2013 Reason: Reset triggered due to HA policy of Reset Service: ipqosmgr hap reset Version: 6.1(2) Conditions: This issue first occurred while applying a policy-map to vlan configuration 254. The last known configuration that was crashing looked like this: policy-map type qos Crashes class crash police cir 56 kbps bc 200 ms conform transmit violate drop
