Description (partial)
Symptom: A router will listen for and processing IKE exchanges on all interfaces, regardless if a crypto map is applied or not. Additionally, it will also respond to requests sent to the network (.0) or broadcast (.255) addresses. Conditions: Configure a crypto map on any single interface.
