Description (partial)

Symptom:
A set of messages between 26th June and 1st July are not getting archived/exported via message maintenance rules.

Conditions:
The ROSA NMS database contains an active ROSA NMS server and an inactive ROSA NMS server with the different ID.

This happens when a series of steps like below are executed:
Two systems are there:
System A: Copernicus installed.
System B: Fresh system.
Step 1: Restore Cop DB of A on B using DBSA Tool.
Step 2: Install Copernicus on B
Step 3: Change Computer name of B to A
Step 4: Change Computer name back again from A to B
