Description (partial)

Symptom:
A crash may occur and messages like these will appear in the log:

%EM-SW2_STBY-4-SEARCH: Search for the specified open event (21640), which type is (25) but search failed.

Sep 30 10:45:20.230 GMT: %XDR-SW1-3-XDROOS: Received an out of sequence IPC message. Expected 0 but got 12792 from slot 33/0 (33).

Switch is running a version starting at 15.1(1)SY. This has been seen in 15S, 15T, among others.

Hello togehter,   I think I have this bug too. I see this in my crashfile before the active supt 2t with 15.2(1)SY1a crashed.
