Description (partial)

Symptom:
When attempting to power on a client using the "wake on LAN" feature in Device Manager, VXCM throws an error similar to the following:

Run-time error '-2147217900 (80040e14)'
The data types nvarchar and text are incompatible in the equal to operator

After clicking OK this is followed by another error:

DisplayError: 429 ActiveX component can't create object

Following that, the device manager does not work anymore, VXCM needs to be
closed and re-opened.

Conditions:
This may occur if VXCM manages a large number of clients
