Description (partial)

Symptom:
When the AnyConnect client sends DTLS data traffic across, IOS logs the following message and drops the
traffic:

SYS-2-LINKED Bad enqueue of <> in queue <> -Process= "encrypt proc"
or
SYS-2-LINKED Bad enqueue of <> in queue <> -Process= "<interrupt level>"

Conditions:
IOS acting as SSLVPN server for AnyConnect. When AnyConnect connects, it brings up DTLS Data
Channel.
Also, the Physical interface in the SSLVPN path should have a crypto map applied on it.

Note: IPsec tunnels based off of the crypto map need not be active.
