Symptom:
SNR calls when answered by RD does not show up in Deskphone directory

Conditions:
SNR

When an incoming call to the user's extension is answered on the mobile phone instead of the office, the call does not show up in the Received Calls directory at the office phone.

if a call that rang both the office and mobile phones is answered at the mobile phone and stays up continuously until the user then resumes the call at his office phone. Under this example, a log entry is still not created.
